UK Visitor Visa Appeal FAQ
If you are applying from inside the UK the Home Office fee to apply for an administrative review of your UK Visitor visa is £80.
Our legal fees will vary depending on the type of visa involved, however this fee is fixed not ‘per hour’ meaning that you’ll be charged the same amount regardless of how long the process takes.
You should get a decision on your administrative review application within 28 days of lodgement.
If your visa has expired you will generally be allowed to remain in the UK until your review has been completed.
No, you can’t lodge an appeal if you are outside the UK and you applied to come to the UK as a short-term visitor.
